IF YOU ARE A STUDENT
The evolution of Italian cuisine resides in future generations of chefs and restaurateurs and is based on the knowledge of ambassadors mindfull of territories, cultures and a sense of belonging to a community.
If you are a 3rd, 4th or 5th grade student at a hotel or vocational institute, you can apply to participate in the educational project of the Maestro Martino Food Academy.
You will then be able to take part in a training course that alternates between theoretical lessons and practical experience in TOG Bistrot and Villa Terzaghi’s two teaching restaurants and production workshops.
Not only will you join the kitchen and dining room brigades of the two restaurants in managing day-to-day operations, but you will also have the opportunity to work together with the greatest chefs and professionals in the industry through master classes, workshops, four-handed dinners, and much more.
