IF YOU ARE A STUDENT


 

The evolution of Italian cuisine resides in future generations of chefs and restaurateurs and is based on the knowledge of ambassadors mindfull of territories, cultures and a sense of belonging to a community.
If you are a 3rd, 4th or 5th grade student at a hotel or vocational institute, you can apply to participate in the educational project of the Maestro Martino Food Academy.
You will then be able to take part in a training course that alternates between theoretical lessons and practical experience in TOG Bistrot and Villa Terzaghi’s two teaching restaurants and production workshops.
Not only will you join the kitchen and dining room brigades of the two restaurants in managing day-to-day operations, but you will also have the opportunity to work together with the greatest chefs and professionals in the industry through master classes, workshops, four-handed dinners, and much more.

The Maestro Martino Food Academy takes care of the skills and time of those who have had the merit and opportunity to make their passion a Craft and today want to pass it on for free to younger people, in a process of exchange and innovation.

The new recruitement project “Condivido Quindi Innovo” aims to identify and enhance the valuable skills of the many professionals in the Italian restaurant world, making them usable by young talents: from the dining room to the kitchen: from bakery to pastry, from chocolate to ice cream, from bar to sommellerie, from laundry to plonge, from management to design to communication.

In economic terms, the entire educational and social model promoted by the Maestro Martino Food Academy is supported by the revenue generated by the restaurants and educational workshops and the valuable contributions made available by partner companies and institutions.

The main mode of support is Scholarships.
Each Scholarship allows a student to participate in an educational pathway in the Master’s
Martino Food Academy, completely free of charge, including educational materials, room and board.

It only takes a little to do a lot, also support the next generation of the restaurant industry through scholarships and become a partner of the Maestro Martino Food Academy!
